Condor Fire Engineering is a certified small business, minority-owned firm. Condor was founded in 2026 by Senior Fire Protection Engineer, David Escalante. David has 16 years experience in Fire Protection Engineering and graduated with a fire protection engineering degree from the University of Maryland.When it comes to engineering, we believe in KISS (keep it simple, stupid). No fire protection problem is too complex for a simple solution that everyone understands. We work with our clients and the end-user for a safe solution that meets code and saves the client money both short-term and long-term.
